Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who these terms are with

These terms apply to services provided by Khaas Hub Ltd ("we", "us"). Full company details are on the Impressum.

Hala is sold under its own terms at hala.khaashub.com. These terms do not cover it.

2. Quotes and when a contract starts

Prices shown on this site are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A contract begins when we send you a written proposal and you accept it — not when you submit a form.

App projects are quoted individually. Scope and price are whatever the proposal says.

3. Monthly plans and the setup fee

The WhatsApp & Instagram automation plans have no minimum term. They run monthly from the first day and are cancellable on 30 days’ notice.

The one-off setup fee is payable before work starts and covers building the automation, connecting your accounts and training it on your prices, hours and services. It is not refundable once that build is done, whether or not you continue the monthly plan.

The content package also runs monthly and is cancellable on 30 days’ notice.

4. Included conversations and overage

Each automation plan includes a monthly allowance of conversations. Unused conversations do not roll over. Anything beyond the allowance is charged at the rate shown on the Packages page.

Fees charged by Meta for WhatsApp messages are passed on at cost. If Meta changes its pricing, that rate changes with it.

5. Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Monthly services are billed in advance. One-off projects are billed to the schedule set out in the proposal.

We may suspend a service for non-payment, after telling you first.

6. What we need from you

We need access to the accounts being connected, and your content, prices and opening hours. Where those are delayed, delivery dates move by the same amount.

7. Ownership of the work

Once you have paid in full, the content and designs made for you are yours. Tools, libraries and reusable components we bring to the work remain ours.

8. Cancellation rights for consumers

If you are contracting as a consumer rather than a business, you have 14 days from the start of the contract to cancel. Write to info@khaashub.com.

If you ask us to start work inside that period, you owe a proportionate amount for what has been done by the time you cancel.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We are not liable for outages of third-party platforms — Meta, Google, or our own suppliers — that are outside our control.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, so far as the law allows.
